Adult Figure SK8
Adult Figure SK8 program is designed to help you build confidence, strength, and skating skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Participants will develop:
Fundamental jumps
Basic spin positions
Edge control and balance
Forward and backward turns
Power, speed, and efficient skating technique
A strong emphasis is placed on developing proper technique and generating power through a smooth, efficient push from the blade, creating better control and effortless movement across the ice.
Creative movement and music are incorporated throughout each session to make learning enjoyable while improving rhythm, coordination, artistry, and confidence on the ice.
Adult Power SK8
Take your skating to the next level with our Adult Power SK8 program! Designed for adult hockey players, this program focuses on developing strong skating fundamentals while building confidence, balance, speed, and control.
Skaters will work on:
Forward and backward skating
Forward and backward crossovers
Stops
Tight turns
Forward-to-backward and backward-to-forward pivots
Edge control and efficient skating technique
Whether you're new to hockey or looking to improve your skating skills, this program will help you become a stronger, more confident skater.
Safety First:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all participants are required to wear full hockey equipment, including a CSA-approved hockey helmet.
Adult Beginner Learn to SK8
Our Adult Beginner Learn to SK8 program is designed for adults who are new to skating or returning to the ice after many years. No previous skating experience is required!
Participants will build a strong foundation by learning:
Balance and proper skating posture
Forward and backward skating
Safe falling and getting up
Stopping techniques
Basic turns and edge control
Our supportive and encouraging environment allows you to learn at your own pace while building confidence and enjoying the experience.
Safety Requirements:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all participants must wear a CSA-approved hockey helmet and use either βΈοΈ figure skates or π hockey skates. Wearing proper equipment helps everyone stay safe while developing their skating skills with confidence.
