Learn to skate for little skaters

I have had parents ask how old should skaters be when they start to skate; it really depends on the child and personality.  I always recommend that the child walk around the house with skates on before skating. If the child has balance walking around the house , can sit on the floor and get up without help, they are ready for the ice!
